Simple, elegant, and made to belong where it stands
Zenith is simple, elegant and timeless. It believes the effort that has gone into its making, and the complexities of the processes by which it is designed and built: it looks as if it was always meant to be there, it belongs.
Intensely sensitive to context, the practice is obsessive about plan form, proportions, light, and the use of materials. Every detail is thought through, resulting in buildings that are wholly bespoke.
From its inception in 2014, Zenith has developed a reputation for an exceptionally personal service, based first and foremost on listening to clients. Understanding essential needs and refining aspirations is the crucial first step towards steering each project through the many stages and endless decisions between design and implementation.
Zenith believes successful relationships are vital to successful projects. Among the many clients, contractors and consultants with whom we regularly work, several have been collaborating with the practice for more than half a decade, with repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendations still bringing in the majority of new projects.
Although based in Matale, Zenith has a clear understanding of the place of design and how to deliver projects in diverse markets, having completed work in the main cities across the island.
The practice is currently home to a team of 45 professionals, who believe in finishing each project in a way that exceeds our clients' expectations while staying within the agreed budget and programme — a service marked by excellence, high standards and elegance.
